4Moms was founded in 2006 by, of all people, two men, Henry Thorne and Robert Daley. Since then, 4Moms has been making tech-based, everyday-use baby products for infants, toddlers, and Pre-K children. The company began with the intention of making robotics-based baby products. While many of their 4Moms products still incorporate a lot of tech features, most of their current lineup of products revolve around more standard, practical items.

4Moms Popular Products
The most popular 4Moms products tend to be their infant seats and collapsible playards. Their infants seats, like the 4Moms rockaRoo Baby Swing, includes self-rocking features, MP3 plug-in ability, and checks in at a third of the size of traditional infant seats.
Another popular infant seat is the 4Moms mamaRoo, which moves and bounces in the same manner as a mother would when holding he child. There are five modes, and each mode can move freely (not side-to-side or front-to-back only motions).
Another popular product, although it tends to be on the more expensive side when compared to others in the market, is the 4Moms Self-installing Car Seat. This self-leveling car seat re-adjusts every time you attach it to the base, and with more than 20 censors, it confirms that the seat is installed correctly. It even pairs with an app that would alert you if it were left in the vehicle and when your child is big enough to adjust the harness for safe traveling.
The 4Moms High Chair is a smart high chair that introduces some clever elements, even if it doesn’t have the same level of “tech” as their strollers or infant seats. The tray latches use magnets to hold the food tray in place, making it easy for parents to attach and remove the tray during feeding time.
The 4Moms infant tub utilizes a smart inflow/outflow system, that lets clean water into the tub, and flushes out dirty water. There is also a built in, color changing thermometer that lets you know when the temperature changes.
One of their biggest products in the company’s history is the 4moms origami*, which was a self-folding stroller. With the push of one button, the stroller would fold and unfold itself. The stroller also had cell phone charging capabilities, mileage tracker, and night-mode lighting to ensure visibility when walking or jogging in low light. There were even generators in the wheels so that you could power your devices without having to charge your stroller!

One great thing about 4Moms company is their efforts toward giving back to the community. Through product donations and community support, 4Moms has given back to those in need in a variety of ways. Their most popular charity has been through their Hospital Program, which has affected over 300 hospitals in the U.S. alone. 4Moms has donated products to these hospitals for infant care, and has offered a huge discount of 4Moms products to the child care centers and hospitals around the world.
